| dc.description.abstract | FORUT is a Norwegian development organisation established in 1981 by three NGOs specialized in alcohol and drug prevention; IOGT, Juvente and IOGT Junior Association. FORUT’s activities are financed through fund-raising campaigns and grants from the Norwegian and Swedish governments. “Alcohol, Drugs and Development” (ADD) is a global program in FORUT, in the sense that it involves all countries with FORUT activities and also FORUT action on the international level. The program has been granted NORAD funds for the period 2004-2008. In this respect, this report represents a mid-term evaluation of the ADD program. | en_US |
