dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the project is to document the financial cluster in Rogaland and its importance for developing the emerging offshore wind cluster in the region. The project is proposed by Sparebank 1 SR-bank, and is a part of the work of the Finance Cluster group in the IFP project (Innovative Foresight Planning for business development).
