dc.description.abstractThis work is done as part of a CCN related to the S1+CS study performed by Airbus Defence & Space for the European Space Agency. The document gives a high-level description of possible wind/wave/current retrieval methodologies from S1+CS StereoSAR measurement, and recommendation for future detail study on the topic. Recent experience with and performance of the Sentinel 1 Doppler measurements are included in the document. The version 1.0 of the document has an updated version of Section 2.1.1, including a new Figure 4 , Figure 5 and an updated Figure 6. In version 1.1 a new section (Section 2.1.2) is added describing the latest results of the Doppler analysis of Sentinel 1b data. In version 1.2 of the document an appendix (Appendix A) is added providing comments to the Airbus documents on “Mission Requirements System Document” and “Mission System Design and Analysis”.en_US
